  • Reached all of our fiscal year 2006 Excellence goals.
  • In 2004, achieved the 90th percentile in Associate satisfaction based upon a national survey.
  • For 3 consecutive years (2005-2007), ranked in the 99th percentile in Associate satisfaction in a national survey.
  • Recognition of CMG in 2004 and 2005 as having the highest Associate Satisfaction Scores of the entire CHRISTUS Health organization.
  • Awarded the CHRISTUS Health 2004 Touchstone Award in Clinical Quality for our “Diabetes Management in a Hispanic Immigrant Population” program developed by our Southwest Community Health Center in Houston, TX.
  • Nominated in 3 out of 5 Categories for the CHRISTUS Health 2005 Touchstone Award; Awarded the 2005 Touchstone Award in Service Quality for our “Right Track Award” Program, an Associate recognition program.
  • Nominated in 2 out of 5 Categories for the CHRISTUS Health 2006 Touchstone Award; Awarded the 2006 Touchstone Award in the Spirit Exchange category for the development of our Patient Advocacy Team.
  • Nominated for a CHRISTUS Health 2007 Touchstone Award in the Spirit Exchange category for our Excellence Team.  Winner to be announced in September 2007.
  • Established an annual organization-wide Patient Appreciation Week in 2005 – patients participate in CMG lead health education seminars, games and activities.
  • Establishment of annual Associate Appreciation Month during the month of April – includes various activities and gifts that are shared with all Associates, which provides CMG Management with another opportunity to demonstrate to all Associates how important a role they play at CMG.
  • Development of the Associate of the Season award program; recognizing engaged Associates who have exhibited outstanding performance in their jobs, in personal development and in giving back to our communities.
  • Establishment and distribution of the CHRISTUS Medical Group Express – an internal publication of activities and events within CMG that is shared with all of our Associates.
  • Organizing company wide fundraising activities benefiting various organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation, American Heart Association, and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
  • Coordinating annual school supply drives and Christmas toy drives benefiting underprivileged children in our communities.
  • Host to the annual Southwest Community Health Center Christmas party that provides gifts and holiday fun benefiting underprivileged families within the Houston community.
